Meet the A-Team!
Chris Ball stumbled into the fitness game when he was 22 years old. While raising three kids, he sold, repaired and built exercise equipment along with laid out and designed exercise rooms for 2nd Wind Exercise; known today as Johnson Fitness and Wellness. Fitness is a passion as well as a hobby for Chris. Health and wellness are a top priority for him. If you need something done, he'll make it happen.

John is originally from Rice Lake, a small town in Wisconsin and has worked to develop EEI for over 20 years. He’s been around exercise equipment installs and understands the need for attention to detail, urgency and has a get it done attitude. John will go the extra mile to make sure the job is complete and might even help move a couch out to the garage too!

Brooke grew up in Crystal, MN attending Armstrong High School. She danced competitively for 15 years and worked throughout high school. Brooke chose to go to college in sunny Arizona! Her passion in sales, marketing, and customer relations aligns with her major in college, which is sales & marketing.

Misty Kagan grew up in Hudson, WI. She brings to EEI her passion for health and wellness and her vision for complete customer satisfaction. With 15+ years of customer service, project management, and sales experience, she is excited to start each day maintaining and building customer relationships, by adding value to their daily health goals. Misty's focus is to ensure that each and every customer has the best possible experience from beginning to completion of every EEI project.

Chad grew up in western Iowa. He was always around sports and continues to play baseball today as a member of the Prior Lake Eagles. He has been in the fitness and wellness industry for over 30 years always with a hands on approach. Chad sold, delivered and work on exercise equipment for more than 20 years.

Antar Favors
Sr. Project Manager
Antar Favors was born and raised in Minneapolis, MN. He started working in high school at his first job at Zantigo/Taco Bell Restaurants. While keeping up his studies and participating in high school sports he continued working. After graduating, he attended college at Normandale while working to become the General Manager of two restaurant locations.
Later he started assembling equipment and designing workout rooms for customers of 2nd Wind Exercise. He has seen most every type of equipment
and can perform any install that comes his way. He's worked for 19 years in the fitness industry and currently works at Johnson Health and Wellness. Antar is known for his extreme attention to detail and immaculate organizational skills. He prides himself in being able to assist his customers in the most efficient and effective ways, while helping them achieve their health and fitness goals.
Mike grew up in Sauk Centre learning everything about machines and electric from his dad. As he raises three kids with his wife, Mike is a hard working, make it happen, find a way to do it kinda guy. You want to know how to do anything to your car or home, just ask and he’ll have an answer. Exercise gear is no different for him. When there is a job to do, Mike will know what needs to be done.

Nate Ball is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and the son of Chris, EEI's President/CEO. He has been assisting his father with installations and moves since 2006. Nate was born and grew up in the Minneapolis area, playing sports from a young age through high school. After high school, he joined the military and was stationed in North Carolina for four years as a heavy equipment operator and marksmanship coach. After his time in the service was finished, he moved to Clemson, South Carolina where he is currently studying to become an athletic trainer.

Dalton grew up in Maple Grove, MN, and found the start to his fitness journey playing football, baseball and hockey. Through high school, fitness and wellness became a passion. After graduating high school as a proud Maple Grove Crimson, Dalton headed north to Duluth where he currently studies business and attends IT classes at UMD. With his past experience in installations and gym equipment, Dalton has the knowledge and expertise to assist in equipment installs, room design and workouts. With a high accountability to himself and attention to detail, Dalton will exceed your expectations and make sure you are satisfied with your install. He might even help write a workout program for you too!

Jesse Brasher is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and Senior Installer for EEI. He is a family friend of the Ball family, owners of EEI. He served with Nate as an engineer for 4 years in the United States Marine Corps. Jesse grew up in rural Pennsylvania, playing sports from a young age. After his time in service, Jesse moved to Clemson, SC where he started a family and works in the sales industry.

Tyler Lara

Tyler grew up in Maple Grove MN and after graduating high school joined the United States Marine Corps. After serving 7 years, he moved back to Maple Grove with his wife and three children!
Tyler has extensive experience when it comes to exercise room design & layouts and has a vast knowledge with building, moving and assembling all type of equipment. If you lost the manual, Tyler will get it back together with precision and within timeliness!
Wyatt has been in the fitness and wellness industry since 2018 when he became certified in CrossFit training. He has managed multiple Wellness stores, designed rooms, sold, repaired and built exercise equipment. Wyatt is married, has a son and a German Shepherd. Being in the fitness world, Wyatt has seen all sorts of exercise rooms and equipment. With a keen sense of exercise and knowledge of room design and layout, Wyatt will not only install or move the equipment but also assist in any workout program advice to keep you engaged in your fitness routine!
